Electromagnetic controllers
Function of an electromagnetic controller
Our range of electromagnetic controllers, combined with electromagnetic modules, permit the magnetic handling of ferromagnetic elements in all shapes, weights and sizes. They allow for the simultaneous guidance of multiple electromagnetic modules.
Characteristics of an electromagnetic controller
- Selection of the magnetic attraction level, allowing for controlling the grip force
- Characterization of separation without remanence
- Grip activation status
Electromagnetic controller applications
There are many applications that make use of the magnetic controller and allow the handling of ferromagnetic parts (nuts, disks, rollers, bearings, balls, sheets, tubes) in a variety of shapes, sizes and weights, for :
- Conveying
- Unstacking
- Depalletizing
- Bin picking
- Handling
- Transfers
