Simplified construction electromagnet with single-directional action, perfect for low frequencies. The mobile core keeps the position activated provided the coil is energized. It becomes free again as soon as the coil is no longer energized. Then, the return to original position is generally obtained by a return spring. This spring is integrated into the electromagnet or control device.
